2026 - Ongoing project A photographic wandering through Cape Verde, guided by encounters, light, color, texture and the quiet details of everyday life. Through a sensitive and intuitive approach, the series gathers fragments, impressions and atmospheres encountered along the way: a color, a gesture, a texture, a fleeting moment. It explores identity, memory, and the traces of what has travelled, and continues to travel, across the Atlantic — languages, flavors, rituals, gestures, beliefs, sounds, flora, materials and imaginaries. This series forms the first chapter of a broader photographic journey through the Lusophone world.
